为进一步做好来华留学生本科培养工作，根据《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》（教育部、外交部、公安部令第42号，以下简称《42号令》)，结合我校来华留学生的实际情况，特对来华留学生本科培养提出如下实施意见。

In order to further do a good job in the undergraduate cultivation for international students, according to Management Methods for Institutions Recruiting and Cultivating International Students (Ordinance 42 of Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Security, hereinafter referred to as Ordinance 42), combining the actual situation of our Institute, we put forward the following implementation guidance on the undergraduate cultivation for international students.

一、培养目标

I. Cultivation Objectivity

培养对中国的政治、经济、文化、历史和社会有较为深刻的了解，掌握本专业的基本理论、基本知识和基本技能，能够参与并促进中国与其所在国之间友好合作关系的高素质人才。

Cultivate high-quality talent having deep understanding of the politics, economy, culture, history and society of China, mastering basic theory, knowledge and skills of own major and able to participate in and facilitate the friendly cooperation relationship between China and the international student’s country.

二、基本原则

II. Basic Principles

1、本实施意见依据《42号令》第三章“教学管理” 第十六条“国际学生应当按照高等学校的课程安排和教学计划参加课程学习，并应当按照规定参加相应的毕业考试或者考核。学校应当如实记录其学习成绩和日常表现。汉语和中国概况应当作为高等学历教育的必修课；政治理论应当作为学习哲学、政治学专业的国际学生的必修课”和其他条款的有关规定制定。

1. The Implementation Guidance are formulated according to relevant stipulations of Article 16 of Chapter 3 “Teaching Management” of Ordinance 42: “International students should follow the course arrangement and teaching plan of the higher institution for study, and participate in corresponding graduation examination or assessment as per relevant stipulations. The institution should truthfully record students’ academic records and daily performance. Chinese Language and A Survey of China should be the required courses for higher education, and Political Theory should be the required courses for international students majoring in Philosophy and Politics” and other clause.

2、除有专门来华留学生培养方案的专业外，来华留学生课程修读应参照我校相应本科专业的培养方案，并同时执行如下“相关课程修读要求”的有关规定。

In addition to the majors dedicated for the cultivation program for international students, the international students studying courses should refer to the our cultivation programs for corresponding undergraduate majors, and following the relevant stipulations of “Requirements on Courses” below.

三、相关课程修读要求

III. Requirements on Courses

1、语言学习

1. Language Study

中文项目留学生第一学年主要进行汉语听、说、读、写等语言技能的训练。汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩达到四级，方可进入专业阶段的学习。

International students engaged in Chinese program mainly accept the training of language skills like listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese for the first academic year. Those who reaching level 4 in HSK may start the study of major phase.

2、必修课程

2. Required Courses

（1）《汉语》和《中国概况》两门课程纳入南昌工程学院来华留学生本科培养方案的通识必修课程中，所有来华留学生均须修读。

 (1) Such two courses as Chinese Language and A Survey of China are included in the general required courses for the undergraduate cultivation program for international students, and the two courses are required for all the international students.

（2）哲学、政治学专业来华留学生必须修读《马克思主义基本原理》、《中国近现代史纲要》和《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》三门课程。

 (2) International students majoring in Philosophy and Politics must study such three courses as Basic Principles of Marxism, Outline of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History and Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.

3、免修课程

3. Courses Exempted

（1）所有来华留学生原则上可免修以下课程：《思想道德修养与法律基础》、《大学英语》、《形势与政策》和《军事理论》。

  (1) All the international students may be exempted from the following courses in principle: Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Law Basis, College English, Situation and Policy and Military Theory.

（2）除哲学、政治学专业，其他专业的来华留学生原则上还可以免修以下课程：《马克思主义基本原理》《中国近现代史纲要》《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》。

  (2) In addition to those majoring in Philosophy and Politics, international students majoring in other majors may be exempted from the following courses in principle: Basic Principles of Marxism, Outline of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History and Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.

四、实习实践

IV. Internship and Practice

来华留学生进行教学实习和社会实践，应当按教学计划与在校的中国学生一起进行；且在选择实习或实践地点时，应当遵守有关涉外规定。对于不适宜来华留学生进行的实习或实践活动，应在培养方案实施中适当进行调整。

International students engaging in teaching internship and social practice should be conducted together with in-school Chinese students as per teaching plan; relevant foreign-related stipulations must be obeyed when choosing the place of internship or practice. Internship or practice activities not suitable for international students should be adjusted in the implementation of cultivation program.

五、毕业要求

V. Graduation Requirements

接收来华留学生的二级学院，依据本校同年级本科专业培养方案及本实施意见的有关规定，制定来华留学生培养方案。来华留学生完成通识必修课程、专业核心课程及本实施意见附件所列课程的学习且成绩合格，文科类专业总学分不低于120分，理工科类专业总学分不低于130分，准予毕业。

Secondary schools accepting international students should make cultivation program for international students according to relevant provisions of the undergraduate major cultivation program for the same grade and the Implementation Guidance. International students will be permitted to graduate after completing general required courses, major core courses and the study of courses listed in the Appendix of the Implementation Opinions with qualified standard, and with total credits of no less than 120 for liberal arts majors and 130 for science majors.

六、本实施意见从 2018级本科专业来华留学生开始执行，由教务处负责解释。

VI. The Implementation Guidance take effect since the international students engaging in undergraduate majors of grade 2018, subject to the explanation by Dean’s Office.
